The Architects Collective is honored to receive a 2021 AIA LBSB Design Award of Merit for The Beacon.
The Beacon aims to provide a prominent architectural landmark for downtown Long Beach and a program for 38 homeless veterans, 61 homeless seniors and 59 low-income seniors.

Our development partners at Century Housing have officially opened the Beacon today with a Virtual Grand Opening. We are very proud to be a part of such a successful and impactful project!
HUD features Anchor Place Case Study /
HUD recently published a case study featuring Anchor Place at Century Villages at Cabrillo as a part of its series on strategies that increase affordable housing opportunities, apply sustainable features and practices, and increase access to public transportation.
We are excited to see Anchor Place alongside many other projects that demonstrate innovation in supportive housing, senior housing, sustainable housing and community development. Anchor Place earned the 2019 American Institute of Architects/HUD Secretary’s Creating Community Connection Award for its integration of supportive housing with other community resources.

Tomorrow is the first session of the 2020 virtual edition of Design for Dignity hosted by @aia_la. 2019 AIA|LA Design Awards /
TAC is pleased to announce that Metro at Western was recently acknowledged with a 2019 AIA|LA Design Citation Award. Metro at Western was one of just three projects in the Multi-Unit Residential Category that received a Design Award this year. The projects were recognized at the AIA’s annual ceremony held on Monday, October 28th.
